Nuvo The Power Of Pink!

If you attended Lime or Beach House this year for Carnival 2011 you would have noticed a dedicated Nuvo Bar at these events, in fact Nuvo was my drink of choice at Lime! Yuma, from my recollection, was the only band that featured Nuvo on their drinks menu, it's on my wish list for Bliss next year!

Nuvo Bar at Lime

On that note last night A.S. Bryden hosted the launch of Nuvo in Trinidad at Brian Lara's residence. The invitation only affair was, as expected, patronized my many of the socialites and celebrities that make up Trinidad and Tobago's social scene . The best part of the night for me, apart from being able to sample all the delicious Nuvo cocktails, was being treated to performances by Machel Montano, Iwer and Kes! Anytime I am transported back to Carnival season and able to relive the experience I am totally ecstatic! My favourite drink has to be the Nuvo and Champagne cocktail!

I had the opportunity to chat with John Vasquez, one of Nuvo's brand managers, who intimated that we can expect Nuvo to be a staple offering at Carnival fetes for 2012 as well as on the road with several Carnival bands. Cheers!

If you missed out on Nuvo's fabulous launch, you can always indulge in the "power of pink" and enjoy the pics!
