Harts Is That You?

So there I was on Facebook couple nights ago when I saw this flyer for St Lucia Carnival 2011 popped up in my news feed:

The first thing that caught my eye was the section "Sardonyx" by Harts for Trinidad Carnival 2011; why is this costume being used on this website on their flyer advertising St Lucia Carnival 2011? Is Harts providing costumes for St Lucia Carnival? Will this costume be part of St Lucia Carnival? I asked the very same question on their Facebook page and to date no answer!

Now it is common practice to see flyers with Trinidad costumes advertising fetes as well as other regional and international Carnival however this particular  costume is from a Trinidad Carnival that is yet to take place and not only that, why not use a costume from St Lucia's Carnival? I have seen their costumes, they look pretty good especially the offerings from Red.

I am still baffled over this one and since no one had an answer for me on Facebook, maybe someone will have an answer for me here! Can anyone explain why appears to have plagurised Harts costume for promoting their Carnival? I of course stand corrected if they got permission from Harts to use their photograph on Facebook and their website so please, someone clear this up for me!
