Hyatt's Private Line Crazy Hats Carnival Party

Yesterday afternoon I was invited to the Hyatt Regency Trinidad's Carnival Party for their Private Line members called "Crazy Hats". Invited guests were asked to get creative with their headgear and in return there were some awesome prizes to be won. The winner of the Crazy Hat competition, La Diablesse, recreated D Krewe's "Kindred Spirit"  Carnival costume and secured the prize of  two tickets to Panama with accommodation at the Hyatt hotel there, pretty sweet prize!

I liked the set up of the venue for the Crazy Hats party, maybe a preview of Lime perhaps?  There were several bars with food stations serving bake and shark, corn soup, mini rotis, carving stations and even a doubles vendor. Imij and Company provided the entertainment for the evening and did a pretty good job of  keeping the crowd moving, the song that everyone loved "Trini" by Benjai; it "mash up the place!".
