I Have Boots!

After toying around with the idea of getting custom made footwear and thinking that if I have to collect my boots on Carnival Saturday or if they fall apart on the road I would not be happy, I broke down and bought a pair of boots that just called my name!

The heel is 3 inches and though I do not have them to try for comfort as yet, my Tuesday boots this year the heel  was 2.5 inches and those were very comfortable. I also measured my boots from this year with a pair of wedge sandals I have that are 3 inches and the difference in height felt negligible, so here is hoping I can wear 3 inches ALL day. In any event I will be breaking them in before I pass them on to Afro Chic to work her magic, I  just love these boots!

I am seeing a trend in embellished boots, over the knee boots and platform wedges for Carnival 2011! Have you got you boots yet, what is your style?
