Thanks to the person who shared the following email that she received from Island People mas , finally we get some communication. Well done Island People!Registration begins on MONDAY SEPTEMBER 18th.
"We will certainly do everything within our realm to permit fair opportunity for registration. The website will be launch soon after the Mas Camp opens it’s doors to the public.
We do intend to have on-line registration this year - more details of this procedure will be communicated as and when it becomes available. All local registrations will be processed at the Mas Camp which opens from Monday 18th September between 5pm and 9pm. All over-sea registrations will be processed on-line.
I hope this information is a bit helpful, however, please feel free to write back if you require any further details.

Now I know it might be said that I'm impossible to please, but today is Thursday, Registration is Monday, when people suppose to know how much money they costume costing? Uhhhh prices please!
But let me reiterate.....2 snaps for IP for FINALLY giving the people something they can work with.
i agree saucy. the time between notice of reg and actual reg is already short and detailed info is still alillackin. ah glad for come correspondence though. finally !!!!

I'm sure some people have already started pre-registration with their hookup...so atleast the ball is rolling now.
LOL so when I heard the other day that IP will NOT have online registration it wasn't a rumor. Hmmmm so how are the overseas masqueraders registering? They have to send someone they know in Trini to wait on the line @ the mascamp?
now I know I'm getting this IP news late but I just check the website and it still saying "LAUNCHING SOON". I get so excited I rush to the site and nothing. JAH!!!!
trini in nj try clearing your cache, there is some new info on the wbesite but it is not up fully yet.amprincess isn't that how people had to register last year, send your money or through a foreign rep.
oh ok so it's the same ole something w/ IP? I thought they woulda at least TRY to improve their services after their allowed 1st time "hiccups" of 2k6?? Oh well whatever yes. I am content sitting back & getting kicks watching the bacchanal LOL :)
