So I was pretty angry this morning after reading the paper, so to bring some humour into the day I decided to visit Trini Reveller's website hoping to see more costumes. Well, of course I was not dissapointed, this section called "La Bourgeoise" made it's debut on the website today:
Having not gone to the bandlaunching I cannot recall seeing any prior photos of this costume from that event, and while it isn't bad, is that CURLS in the guy's headpiece?

girl I feel the masqueraders will deconstruct them costumes to make them wearable.I for one was not wearing some of the stockings; knee high, thigh high, multi colour and electric blue fishnets!

I owe Annon an apology (from Oct 19 post) for saying that she had no taste regarding trini revelers costume, cause after seeing this and then closely looking at the rest of their costumes on they web site them costumes just totally so DAMN WRONG its unblieveable, well except for the House of Haspbury which I like.
Ah really cannot see them winning band ah the year again.
What happen trini Revlers allyuh picking up all them poison designers that did not get sign with pulse 8 & dream team ah what???

Well well ah thought i've seen it all... dis costume is for all de women who like to play mas with curlers and set curls in dey head for carnival b/c dey have to wk ash wednesday and dey decide to set dey head b 4 hand...What madness is dis!!!!

lol hear nah if I did not have material to write and comment about the issue would be dead. Trust me, I did not make up any of the stories that I wrote about Island People..guess where I got my information? I was at the bandlaunching, the mas cmap, with my friend when she registered and I also read all the screw ups on THEIR website.
I have nothing personal against Island People, every band is fair game for me.But when one band gives me so much to write about and talk about I just can't help it !! They ent paying me to gloss over the boo boos so sorry, as long as there is something to write about I will :D Yuh cyar play mas and fraid powder, so once they in the game they should expect to get talk.
And as for my "negativity" since when is commenting on curlers negative? I would think it is more like ole talk or kicks...lighten up!
