On Friday March 29th D Krewe will host a Thank You soirée for their masqueraders on Saturday March 29th at the Coliseum II car park on Long Circular Road, St James. The event starts at 6pm and is scheduled to go until midnight. Masqueraders can R.S.V.P at 622-8834,622-1716; non masqueraders pay $100.00 at the door.

Too little, too late. I played with D Krewe this year (as well as the previous year when they were still with Trini Revellers). I attended last year's free thank you party (which was a lot of fun) but will NOT be attending this year's. I have come to the conclusion that they are either totally inept or don't give a rat's tail about providing a quality mas experience. They will NEVER again see a red cent of my hard-earned money, nor will I--or anyone I know--have anything to do with them in the future. No, I'm not bitter... :-)

i firmly agree with this D Krewe ha shown total dis regard for thier masqueraders and have totally shot them selfs in de foot! i finnally got a conclusion on getting some sort of refund and that was only cos i tracked down Roland st Georges daughter here in the uk yea i know had to become detective lol but for me after all the F"!K ups you think they could of at least appologised and explained what went wrong and why? and what they have put in place to change this? after speaking to his daughter i found out that alot of the private sections had been axed and that there had been a re structuring of the band she told me that if my krew came back next year they would be gaurenteed a huge discount and gaurenteed or costumes 2 weeks before carnival! ok i aint one to turn down a bargain but i realised with carnival and mas you get what u pay for and i for one will not be subjecting my people to that!
i realise for them at the risk of loosing groups like mine that swelled to nearly 50 people they would jump over hoops to keep us but no its IP or TRIBE for me i wish them the best as i think they need some luck.............. BACHANALMAS
