This costume is bad like heck.. dammmmm.. the pics of the actual picked up version looks very close, except for the shoulder piece, they mise on it.. I cant tell but hopefully the leg piece goes thigh high....but it still baddddd...love it. I like the fact that YUMA incorporate BLING and FEATHERS in their costumes, unlike other bands that just look like a costume party...
You ever thought that not everyone wants bling and feathers?
Absolutely!!! that's just my opinion of "TRINIDAD CARNIVAL" and what I like.. To each its own...
Living in NY we see soooooo many PARADES throughout the year, come carnival time its just nice to see something different..GLITZ and GLAMOUR!! (again my opinion)...
Thank god we have options!!!!
This is one of the most hideous costumes in the band...and I say that as a true Cancerian. Shame face.
Plus I find the backpack look real scanty.
Not impressed at all. Taurus still in the lead so far. At least for me.
I am not liking this one, for some reason it looks a little cheap. I mean materials wise, and I agree the backpack does look a sparse. I will please the people who want bling though.
I agree that so far Tauras is the best costume out of the pictures provided and probably looks closest to the prototype. Aquarius wasn't bad either, but there's not much to the costume so very little to get wrong there. What really matters is that the person playing in the costume is happy with it.
This costume looks very cheap and scamped on.....what a shame...I would be very upset if I was in this section.
I agree Josana. Those sequins look horrible! Like an arts and craft project. Poorly applied. Horror! I want to know who inspected these costumes and deemed them good enough to give masqueraders.
What a huge difference from the prototype to the actual costume!!! That backpack look plucked and very scanty. I am sorry YUMA costumes looking very cheap!!!!
The backpack is the biggest FAIL....and to see I actually gave this a second look in August last year.
i love the headpiece on this one and on the model, it looked very nice however, in the pics... not so much. the panty is way too cheapy looking and the leg pieces look tacky. i hope it looks good on the road. i actually liked the coloring of this one...
