Nestle "Get Ready For Carnival" Programme



Ok folks we have  ONLY 10 more days to Carnival and I know a few of you are still trying to lose those last few pounds! Well if you have not tried the Nestle 14 Days "Get Ready For Carnival" Programme now is the time to start! 

Each box of Nestle Fitness Cereal has one of three sample menus printed on the back to help you tailor a diet plan incorporating Nestle Fitness Cereal. You can collect all three menus by picking up a box at your nearest supermarket.

Here is a sample menu: 


6AM BREAKFAST
¾ cup NESTLE FITNESS Cereal
½ cup SVELTY skimmed milk
1 banana
Coffee or tea

9AM MID-MORNING SNACK
9 cashew nuts
1 orange

12PM LUNCH
2 slices veggi pizza (made with whole wheat dough)
1 serving tossed salad (cabbage, carrot & lettuce)
Water

4PM MID-AFTERNOON SNACK
¾ cup NESTLE FITNESS Cereal
½ cup SVELTY skimmed milk

7PM DINNER
1 serving tossed vegetable salad (lettuce, cucumber and sweet peppers)
1 grilled chicken breast
½ cup whole grain croutons
